UT San Antonio Hazlewood Act Automation Process Goes Live Fall 2025
Exciting news! The UT San Antonio Hazlewood Act continued enrollment process will be automated starting Fall 2025!
What does this mean for you? If you’ve used the exemption in the previous three semesters, you’ll no longer need to submit a Continued Enrollment Form after registration. Our office will notify you via your student email if there are any issues with your Hazlewood Act exemption.

Priority Deadlines for Processing Benefits
Documents must be accurate and submitted by the deadline. We cannot guarantee that GI Bill® certification requests and Hazlewood exemption requests submitted after these dates will be processed by the first day of the semester, although we will continue to accept these documents until the end of the respective term.
